Hello,
I seen a post by pillcat earlier tonight and she said she and some other Sydney bluelighters recieved emails from people they don't know. I got one the other day, check this out:
Hey dude, I'm after new people as well, mainly cause
my best mate did a runner with his gf and has left me
all alone. Not really though, there's only 3 of us..
we're all 21 i think and go out around the Cross area.
We've also got tix to NY2K. not only would we and me
not mind having more buddies to go out with, due to
the fact the can't always make it, but also cause we
sometimes, mainly at the moment, have trouble getting
onto a cheap reliable and good source of chems. We're
out to buy big and have the cash.. but not the
contacts to make sure our purchases are good quality..
yeah well guess that is our problem as i guess anyone
on here could be a cop or whatever.. yeah well if you
wanna chat abit or whatnot.. mail me

I copied and pasted the whole thing. I can't believe that bit about we have the cash to buy big, I mean what the fuck, just cos I post here and I occasionally pop (does every weekend just about constitute occasionally??) doesn't mean I am a drug dealer for christs sake.

yo, im prettie new to the whole rave scene and verie new to this board... for the most part i l*u*v the vibe i get here... you all are just so chill, but all this shyte about narcs and cops and everything sorta kills it, ya know??? man its sad that laws violate people at the most obscene level-- what an individual is allowed to do with his/her own body-- but i guess we jus have to deal *bleh* jus sorta has me bummed...

saw your post. myself, miss apple, mona, ben, and pillcat have all been mailed a couple of times in the last week by this person and another.
very strange indeed, and very uncool

I totally forgot about it, but there was some special on TV awhile back about some cop who was going into chat rooms and stuff and hooking up with dealers. They were talking about how he was one of a kind because it was expensive and risky to follow up on so many leads, especially if they could be scattered across the country. They also mentioned how he got a lot of flack from other, more traditional cops.
At the time, he had only had like a few arrests though..kept saying how the internet was revolutionizing drug traffiking.
 
That sounds awfully suspicious to me too....I'd say to just ignore it cuz that just reeks of narc. I've also gotten a e-mail from a stranger, but the person didn't even introduce himself. Just offered to get me on the guest list for a local party, and asked for my real name. I was like WTF? it said something like this....
"I can get you on the guest list for Kalidescope. I saw your post on bluelight. Give me your real name and i'll see what I can do."
That was it. No introduction, no name left. I e-mailed him back(from an account that has a fake name on it) voicing my concern, and at least askin him to identify himself....or who he posts as here on bluelight, but have never recieved a response. Hmm....? NARC? possibly.... fuck, who knows. Just wish the damn Narcs would just leave us happy people alone, and concentrate on what we really pay them to do......stop the Murderers, and Rapists and shit!

good, reliable and cheap contacts..
I was wondering, see as though you've posted msg's at
bluelight and are from Sydney you'd have your own
sources.
At the moment we're getting charged $50 each even when
we buy 5, there's no diff between buying one or more,
but the quality is ok, but the guy is a wank and hard
to catch up with. Another guy, who had previously done
good for me fucked us up. Just last week we thought
we'd buy big and save and he did a deal for 20 and $25
each, $500 big ones.. and last night we tried them
out. Reason we didn't try first is casue the guy left
for o/s the same day, and we thought we couldn't pass
up that kinda deal. the pills were quite big, white,
round with a KO imprint, whatever that means. Any they
were shit, nothing at all.. 3 of us had one straight
off and were feeling a bit of a tingle then it went..
nothing, all had another one and forget it.. we're
gonna sell them off now and we need some for NY..
we're goin to NY2K. We normally go to the Cross.. help
us please!!!

You think the person could be more original. My email was word for word the same as mona's, except he added mona's name to the 'your mate' list.
Don't know whether embarrassing this person is worth it....if it is a narc he'd be mighty pissed off by now! A pissed off narc might not be such a good thing. but letting everyone know about these sort fo things and to be carefull is definitely a good idea.
Please be careful people. I've deleted my ICQ but left my email...my real name isn't there so i don't mind having new people emailing me.
*Newbies.....please organise meetups and things through the board. I don't mind getting to know you first but we're not going to meet up with you on the basis of an anonymous email. Sorry, but we're paranoid serotonin deficient little chickens around here!!
