Let me preface this by saying I am NOT asking for sources!

I've discovered that ever since a popular botanical supply business in the USA got raided by the DEA, it seems like ALL suppliers of San Pedro now list their supply as being "out of stock".

Are we to assume that the DEA has scared off all US suppliers from selling San Pedro cactus any longer? It's a damn shame! :(

god forbid someone on the planet be happy. Thanks DEA...for keeping us from our more pleasant emotions and by proxy making the world a much angrier place :)

No. they got screwed because they were being careless, or so it seems. This also frightened some suppliers into closing shop.

There are still many suppliers of pedro and achuma. Sale and possession of the trichocereus species is still legal when completely disconnected from the notion of psychoactive use.

a ten second search online came up with several ethnobotanical sites with san pedro in stock, i suggest you take a second look.

i can imagine that some of the more high profile vendors did remove things like san pedro and mimosa hostilis from the shelves after the 'incident,' however, now that (i believe) all charges have been dropped everyone should be restocking them soon. though this vender still does not have these items listed as in stock, so they are probably still being held by the police

If you need some, all my local chain stores have them

The question has been answered so I'm closing this. Also, please note that the no source and price discussion rules apply to ethnobotanical vendors as well.
