Since I didnt have much luck in the MDMA forum a few weeks ago I'm giving this question another try in the pharmacology section as a thread of its own. I hope that's okay with the board rules. That's the last try, promised. :)

So, would MDMA alter the effect of a 3A4 metabolized prescription drug?

How about LSD and 2CB?

(The prescription drug in question doesn't induce or inhibit the enzyme, so it wouldn't change the effects of other 3A4 metabolized drugs, but so far I wasn't able to find any info about a possible reverse effect.)

MDMA inhibits CYP2D6 (EC50 = 5.9 µM; moderate), CYP1A2 (EC50 > 400 µM; very weak) and CYP3A4 (EC50 = 98 µM; moderate to weak).
