A picture and some info about one of the boxes the goon squads use to spy on our cell phones. Take note: the FBI deletes the info they collect so as to keep it's capabilities secret and unknown. (ie. they know what they know by using the Stingray, but usualy don't use the info explicitly/directly in court....)

I've heard about this capability being used to pop people. The investigation starts with on the ground intelligence and there aren't really any rues as to when this can be used as a weapon. It's a huge grey area, and it's not about to get any clearer.

Not suprising and I will be suprised if the supreme court does anything to stop it.

Law enforcement will monitor peoples communications without a warrant to further their investigations. They just wont use that evidence in court since they cant anyways. Its heavily used in anti terror operations but dont put it past the fed to use it on anyone for anything.

Many people on BL were saying: this is America, we have a right to privacy, LE can't do stuff like this without a warrant, you can say whatever you want on here etc. All pure bullshit!

BL is full of cops and other LE. READ THE BL PRIVACY POLICY FOLKS. BL collaborates with cops and all LE so be carefull.

Facebook is a CIA surveillance tool too, so careful what you say on there guys and gals....
