To avoid munchies, keep your blood sugars at check (as cannabis lowers blood sugar levels by promoting insulin secretion) with some light juice that has some sugars, not too sugary (sugar raises insulin that causes blood sugar to drop even more).
And fill your empty stomact with something low calorie stuff, like milk products,

Many times I have drinked about 0.7 liters of energydrink grapefruit juice mix and then felt a bit hungry after the "session" but not so badly anymore.
