im having trouble with my suiside atempts and self harm iv atemepted suiside 4 times from the age 12-13 my life took a down fall i dont know what made me feel this way but i do when i was 7 i turned to drugs and acohol and now i am being diognosed with mentel health issues. my life sucks so much i just want to die

Your life is definitely worth living. You have a lot of years ahead of you, and there are a lot of great things to life that you have yet to experience.

Kaitlyn don't give up just yet because many people have mental health issues and I'm one of them. I've wanted to check out when life felt overwhelming. All's it got me was stays in the psych ward and more humiliation from my family and friends. It's easy for other people to tell you to "snap out of it or get on with your life" and don't understand your pain.

It's important to have some sort of support network to avoid feeling isolated. Do you regularly see your doctor and do they have you taking medication? A counsellor would be a good start. Think of it this way: you havn't died yet from your attempts to kill yourself. Maybe the reason is because it's not time for you to go yet. I wish I had something more positive to add. Please try and get some help.
