basically ive had this thing ever since i think around 14, im not sure what causes it, but will go into a trance/trip and basically torture and kill people and stuff in the visions, i was pretty horified at first but i got used to it, its just something that happens that i know not to tell strangers police or doctors, the only people ive told is my family, but i don't think they believe me, or dont fully grasp what im seeing somtimes a hundred times a day.

ive cut peoples skin from head to toe, powdered bones, burned people, stuff like that, not in real life, but in the visions, i have no desire to do any of these things, is there any specific mental problem that could cause this?

im not a violent person at all btw, im a pretty nice anxious guy and havent done anything close to what i see in the visions in real life, and im pretty sure only people like charles manson have

does anyone have any idea what causes this?

it feels like someones thoughts are projecting themselves into my reality, could it a part of my schizophrenia?

to be clear i have not and am not going to do any of this, i just see it in my head over and over and over sometimes

im terrified to ask a doctor about this, since they may throw me in a mental hospital until i get better(never)

btw this has been going on for 7 years

You posted how you are schizophrenic. Go see a psychiatrist or medical professional and tell them what happens to you, and what you posted here.

You will not get put away just for telling a doctor, psychiatrist, or mental health professional things that you see or think; but do not act on and have never acted upon or wanted to act on.

Absolutely go to a doctor and see about therapy or medication. That is a lot of mental distress and could one day manifest itself in an outburst. I could see how that coukd be traumatic, even if it's just in your head. Having experienced that for an extended period of time could be harmful to your mental health. If it is schizophrenia you could get relief from medicatiin and it could also help your anxiety. There is help out there if you accept it. Anxiety is horrible to live with I know this for certain. As are intrusive thoughts, it's a lot of stress that you don't necessarily have to live with. I hope you find resolve with this and also inner peace.

I would suggest you tell a doctor, They may IVC you but they will get you on the right medications to help you.
It may get worse and you don't want that. Going to a ward is not a bad thing man, it WILL help you a lot.
Trust me, I know from experience.

I hope you consider it.
Much love to you.

You won't be thrown in anywhere for thinking something, as long as you know who you are and where you are and you're not a threat to anyone (Seeing as you've never acted on these, then that should be clear).

They can help you stop or at least alleviate these thoughts and you'll wish you went sooner :)

all the best,

I think you should quit the drugs they are obviously the cause here and the doctor will back me up maybe check yourself in for a detox clinic for a few months?
