Hey all,
I know all too well the ups and downs of chronic pain and depression. Paired with PTSD it is a constant battle. I have tried taking my life on more than one occasion, and actually made a friend through the Suicide Hotline. It has been a long road post-military and I am glad to have found all of you.
This may seem dumb to most, but even if one or two people take it to heart and reach out; I will feel accomplished. I am not a Psychiatrist by any means but have lived a long, tough life and want you to know you are not alone. I rarely sleep and will respond to any messages. I don't know your names or background information and don't need to know anything you don't want me to.
If you are on the edge, please reach out. I take care of a family member with severe Bipolar disorder who has constant hypomanic episodes and now that I am disabled my only mission in life is to help people. Seriously, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am nobody but I will be the person to listen for as long as you want and I just want all of you to know that you are worth it. Life beats the shit out of us sometimes but you still being here proves you are a warrior. Take care and I hope to hear from you guys
