I saw my drug and alcohol counsellor today and told her that i want to quit for good but can't do it in my home environment on my own and she thinks going to rehab is a good idea and there is a strong possibility that I will be going to WHOS (We Help Ourselves) Hunter Valley rehab and I was wondering if anyone else has been there and if so what was it like?
