How to tone down my meth usage?

Recently, I've started doing meth. I havent done it in about 8-9 years. I like to snort it and smoke it occasionally. I've been doing a bit more as each day passes, a line when I wakeup, come home from class, goto the library, almost every other hour I will do a line (not a just bump). I bought a g the other day and finished it within 32 hours. I love to snort it.. And I keep wanting more just to feel the burning sensation and taste the drip. No one else I know snorts it but me, say out of 15 other tweakers around here. (Most of them can't snort it anymore after heavy usage) I don't get off with smoking it.
I even do it right before I goto sleep.. I know, I know "Sunshinez why the f would you do it before bed its a waste...?!" But like I said, I just want to keep feeling the burn. It's becoming quite expensive.
Anyway, I read that a bullet may help with dosing and control. Anyone have other suggestions?

so you are sick of snorting meth, and you don't want your habit to get to the point where you are smoking.

realistically, i don't think 95% of people who compulsively use hard drugs, are actually able to reduce their usage by monitoring how much they take.

even if you are using it once a day or twice a week for a month, you will probably end up using it more frequently again.

my thought is that maybe if you aren't happy with how things are going with meth, to stop using it completely.

i think its part of someone who is addicted to something, to rationalise their usage, and to believe that you can start taking less of something that is as psychologically addictive as meth, to me is naive

in order to reduce craving to a certain drug, its probably the best idea to stop going under the influence of said drug.

its like if you want to quit smoking cigs. the best way is to stop smoking them, planning to cut down on smoking cigs, just doesn't pan out for most.

Yes, I agree. Quitting is probably the best choice. That is something im willing to do, especially if i can't control the cravings. I've done it with opiates. In the end, this is an experiment/experience so any other ideas are definitely welcome.. ;)

That's actually how I quit last year. I reduced my intake overtime and gradually came to a stopping point.

not meaning to hijack this thread; but i felt this question is relevant to the discussion at hand; would taking meth rarely ( inbetween several months to years) be fairly easy to monitor for a healthy individual whose in a good environment and is psychologically in good condition?

on a side note: sometimes i notice that the set and setting of addiction is something worth looking into for quitting. at least according to trip reports and personal experience with "lightweight" addictions like caffiene and nicotine. personally i wouldn't mind trying meth once or twice but my DOC is psychedelics and rare stimulant use. personally though i wouldn't use meth unless i can get purer meth with no fillers/adulterants.

Wow, so this thread really rook a turn for the worst. I'm not asking for opinions whether or not I should quit. Also, whether or not I can "tone down my usage".

Please close.

well to be fair you have to expect people to give you their opinions when you make a thread on a forum

Your usage already seems beyond the point where one could easily ratchet down to use in sensible amounts, with sensible frequency. I mean, one of the effects of meth is increased compulsion, so people tend to have bad luck with this in general.
