I should have mentioned that my Diet is strict now,
It's basically low/zero carb and high protein and mediocre calories
I only get carbs from Fruit, fruit smoothies and veg
I eat meals of chicken breast, topped with veg, with just natural spices as flavouring,
I put the spices into the pot with the veg boiling and also rub it into the fresh chicken breasts before I cook them in the oven
The water from the veg makes it nice a tender
Everything I put into my body is natural , it either grows out the ground, off a plant, or out of an animal
Although I do need to get some Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein or the newer Hydro Whey,
it's been voted the best protein powder out there, and their super amino products look good as well,
I used to drink at least 30 protein shakes per day packed with creatine, now I am on NO supps whatsoever except from Multivits
I decided to put more attention into real food and stay away from creatine because it blows you up just as much as DBol if you take enough
And l'm going for the lean n mean look this time, it is definitely possible to have ripped abs but still a nice chunky upper body
