How much Magnesium

The next time I roll how much magnesium do I need to take in order to relieve bruxism(jaw clenching)?

U being sarcastic? There have been a lot of posts from people that say it works. I personally haven't found any literature on the validity of it. Who knows it might be a good ol' placebo. Maybe I should have just asked if it worked first.

Hey AxonJunkie!! I've heard that if you take 500mg of magnesium before you roll it will help with the jaw clenching.
 
Depends on a variety of factors, including the amount of calcium you consume, how much strength related work you engage in, genetic variations in how your heart uses it...
basically 500-1500mg.
