so to reduce transmission of a highly infections virus, you have to put in measures to reduce transmission. Even if there are negative consequences from it, medical experts have a consensus that those impacts were less than would have been experienced from no lockdown.
Fuck the 'consensus', it means nothing. 99% of people can agree and be totally wrong in the final analysis.
It's all so upside and back to front as well. You don't reduce transmission by locking people up so they become stressed out and unwell, making them even more susceptible to something. You do the opposite, you strengthen their own resilience by encouraging exercise, diet, etc - not once did the governments say 'take vitamin C and D'.. that would have cost virtually nothing to people or society to do, but they said nothing!!
The whole thing is just so laughably wrong and upside down. There's probably nothing I can say that will convince of you of this, because the overall picture is such a gargantuan lie that in order for me to connect I'd have to shatter the entire thing.. and that's only something you can do, when a part of you decides you are ready to handle it.
Of course this sidesteps the whole point about the government even having the ability to confine you in your own home like a prisoner. When the fuck did anyone agree that was OK? I certainly didn't, nor do I agree it is my responsibility to
feel like a danger to other peoples health either.. life is life, and if you're old or unhealthy to begin with that's just.. life. Why should any healthy person be forcibly subjected to degrading their own health for the sake of others who are already dying in the first place? There is no logic in that what so ever - no one even asked the oldies whether they wanted their grandchildren to sacrifice their own lives (and future) for them; if I were an oldie, I'd say to my grandchildren "Go live! I've had my run. Don't EVER let the government dictate your life. Fuck them. I love you."
EDIT: Just to add. Locking up the elderly as well, in care homes, not allowing visitations from family in their dying days when many were already confused. Not allowing people to sit together at funerals for them. That actually happened, and it still boils my blood. Those are the actions of a state apparatus that doesn't give a flying fuck about the people it is supposedly protecting, which shows the entire thing was a fucking charade. It placed adherence to an ideology so far beyond our humanity that Hitler himself would applaud its success. People didn't and still refuse to see it for what it was at the time. Honestly. It fucking boils my blood, and for those who can't understand why others may have committed suicide.. well, maybe it's because they realized something is so profoundly wrong with us, so anti-human, and the shock of that they couldn't handle.
Fucks sake. I don't think I'm ever going to get over this in my lifetime, not until the majority snap out of it or we start stringing some fuckers up from lampposts. I get viscerally agitated just thinking about all this again.
