How many of you can believe in incarnated angels?

I wouldn't say /thread. That wasn't the topic exactly... Though it was discussion in. In Ninae's defense, she was hesitant to say anything about the picture relaying any sort of "angelic" energy. Alasdair was quick to jump on any hint of positive that she relayed, to make his case. The only thing we have here from her on that picture, is hesitation, but that "she looks like a nice girl, though". Not to say his argument isn't relevant to bring up, or that she is right or wrong about all of this, precisely... I don't know.

I have an idea that the "energy" of "angels" might be transmitted through people, and other things in the world. I think we can be confused, too.

I have to say, when I google search "incarnated angels", and often run across "traits" of these people, I find myself saying "bullshit!" aloud, quite rapidly, and frequently. But, eh, I don't really know.

i think the difference between you (what 23, maybe others) and me is that i'm open to the idea that there's actually something going on here, something otherworldly, something that i'm simply not wired to understand.

my perception is that you believe that your perspective is the only correct perspective. that you're not open to the idea that what you're talking about might be complete and utter hogwash.

Have I talked about how certain people look like they are angels, or have I said that I can tell based on pictures, or relay that? I don't think I have said anything precisely, in this thread, about the nature of angels, as matter of fact. I've merely said I have had experiences, with coming to names such as Michael, and Gabriel, for instance, and talk of angels/experience with angels (and the subject of) around them, such as the girl to "turn me on", to angels (and otherwise)- Donna, being preceded and followed by names such as Michelle and Gabrielle. I find it of interest.

I added the above to my last post, most likely after you had responded.

It's mainly your spiritual intuition, clairsentience, connection to your guides, and previous experience that does it. But this is a bit hard to explain to someone who hasn't experience it.

Of course there's no objective way to prove if that's what you're looking for. It's a subjective experience different for everyone. It's not an exact science that can be "unmuddled".

I just reread this whole thing and I am confused. You mentioned that God asked the angels to come help humanity. Am I safe in assuming you believe God created humans?

Is it a sin if i'm fucking an angel on the regular? Might this provoke god / the other angels?

And is it a sin for the angel if its being naughty around

When I was little I wanted so badly to believe in faeries that I used to sit in the woods by myself for whole afternoons trying to telepathically tell them that they were safe around me--they could show themselves! When life got extremely hard when I was about 13 I tried to believe in God, and particularly some very dedicated and helpful angels, the way the rest of the people around me did because I saw how enviably secure their lives seemed through believing that there was a big plan and that they had divine protectors. Unfortunately everything that I have ever tried to believe in has been a fail--I just end up laughing at myself as I end up right back in the only belief I am apparently capable of: I'm it, the imagined and the imaginer. Some days after work I like to pretend that there is a maid waiting for me at home that has dinner made and the house tidy and it's a great little fantasy for the 15 minute commute but then I walk in the door and I still have to do the cooking and cleaning, I still have to find my own sense of magic, I still have to be for myself what God is for the rest of my family and it's OK.

Excuse my language but what an utter fucking brilliant post.

No, this is de riguer, sin or not.

But angels tend to be more into the "making love" kind of sex and can do without the other.

You make angels sound unbelievably boring. There is basically no difference between them and anyone else, except they are descendants of this folklore of christianity and they are here to do good even thought most of them are not aware of that nor knows they're angels?

I couldn't care less about being an angel or not if that's all there is to it frankly

Angels (lore, and) long predate Christianity.

I think you misunderstand. I never said it was supposed to be glamorous. That is their ASSIGNMENT to blend in with humanity and help out how they can anononymously without taking credit for it.

Not to go through life being doted on like a star and put on a Hollywood production for everyone's entertainement. How would that be helping out this world any? There are enough here doing that and they have other objectives.

Sure, we have some in the public eye who provide inspiration, but most are ordinary, and angels are supposed to be humble. As in not looking down on humans or seeing themselves as something special. You seem to look at it is that the goal is ego-gratification but it's the opposite of that. Nobody comes to Earth for that reason, that is more of a human thing. Angels get their reward in Heaven, not through Earthly pleasures, though many live very blessed lives. Being of service to God isn't as worthless as you make it sound.

Ninae.. have you read the book of Enoch?

You'd love it (it's a long forgotten text about ancient Jewish text.. there are a lot of parallels between Jesus and.. one of the main characters of the text)

I know, my great-grandfather was kalled Enoch.
He wrote about "The fallen angels" but it wasn't included in the Bible.

No, I actually meant it was written by my great-grandfather...

Anyway, what the previous poster said is a good example why there needs to be angels here, as most humans wouldn't have any interest if there wasn't anything egoistical in it for them.

It's not a waste of time for multiple reasons. Angels grow by selfless service and sacrifice, that's one thing, so it's a way to evolve. Apart from that there is a powerful love for humans and empathy for the human condition which makes it worth it in itself.

Saying you couldn't be bothered to be an angel if you wouldn't be recognised and worshipped and have amazing powers is a misunderstanding of the whole thing. That's nothing to an angel who belongs in the angelic paradise which is higher than the human heaven. No one comes here for reasons like that.

Sure, some like Marilyn Monroe or Cleopatra get to be glorified in life as it is a way to spread their energy out on Earth. But most lifetimes have to be lived like ordinary, humble people. It is a test in humility.

Did you get dropped on your head as a baby?

That was obviously a joke.

I optimistically assumed yours was too.

No one who wasn't retarded would believe their great-grandfather wrote in the Bible.

Anyway, getting back to the subject, one thing that can be seen looking back on an angel's history or incarnational past on Earth is that it can seem to be quite glamorous or fairy-tale like compared to the usual drudgery of a typical human lifetime.

I might write about what I know of mine when I get the time, although that would only be for this planet, which is only a very small part of it.
