ive tried the search engine but couldnt find a solid answer....So i have just acquired a vial of some extremely high grade LSD. Ive got the sweetbreaths vial wrapped in tinfoil and in a ziploc in my freezer.. How long will it stay viable? Im not a frequent user but wanted to stock up given the opportunity at hand.. id like it to stay viable atleast a year.. so what do you say bluelighters? =D

It'll be fine for a year. There was a thread on here a few weeks ago where someone posted a link to an experience report on Erowid of people who tried some of the original Sandoz LSD 40+ years later and it was still good.

As long as it is protected from heat, light and air, I doubt you'll be able to notice any degradation after a year.

Yeah just make damn sure you seal it up again properly after dosing and it should last practically as long as you want it to. It already sounds like you're storing it properly :) Oh, by the way, you lucky sod lol (just kidding, I'm jealous - love vial acid and haven't come across any in donks ;) )

Peace, Ethnobot

right on thanks... hmm maybe this is where my vacuum sealer may come in handy lol

I'm envious too :P As others have said, your vial should be in very good shape and seems to be in very intelligent, capable hands.

As others have said, if you keep it in there and handle it properly it should last quite a long time - it would take many years properly sealed up in a dark freezer for significant degradation to occur.

The big thing to watch out for is water condensation. Make *sure* the vial is in a properly airtight/watertight container. You do NOT want water vapor condensing on the vial itself or inside the container it's in. Tap water contains chlorine, which destroys LSD.

^well since he's talking about liquid, i think condensation is less of a problem as evaporation (increased concentration)
