^ I'm wondering the same thing. I wanna say your time zone is -1 hr from U.S. Eastern Time. I do think that nodding/tripping/being stoned in general during thunderstorms is awesome. Or even a nice long rainstorm with the sound of the rain when you're laying in bed. Super nod.

And I'm just drinking beer now, enhancing the nod....

NT do you nod on bupe? Are you an experienced user? I just ask because I never have but, I don't take very much (just enough to not be sick). I have a lot at my disposal. I just don't think it'll work... Maybe it will?

NT do you nod on bupe? Are you an experienced user? I just ask because I never have but, I don't take very much (just enough to not be sick). I have a lot at my disposal. I just don't think it'll work... Maybe it will?

I've been using bupe for the past few months as replacement/dose reduction from my opiate habit (which was pretty wide ranging, started with hydrocodone, did that for a while, then moved to morphine, methadone and my still personal favorite, hydromorphone). I then WD'd and went to kratom until I discovered bupe. I usually use .250 to 1.0mg daily. I find that the lower dosages are actually more sedating than the higher ones, but it is pretty stimulating unless I combine it with alcohol, cannabis or benzos. I've got lots of benzos and I love smoking weed so it usually one of those combinations. I also use bupe to take the edge off dextroamphetamine. So during the day I'm slightly sedated from the bupe+benzo+dexamphet combo, then I smoke and sometimes drink in the evening and it becomes nice and sedating.

Of course, its not a true nod that I got with hydromorphone or morphine, but it still works. :)

I nodded off bupe my first few times. I wasn't dependent at the time though, and my genius doctor scripted me 16mgs a day for a vicodin habit, while I was scripted 2mg xanax daily. So naturally I took 32mgs the first time, thought I was gonna O.D.

Edit: Now a days, 8mg would have me nodding, 16 really would.
 
Tommyboy, damn! 32mg buprenorphine + 2mg Xanax? Thats intense!

I've noticed that once you get above 1 or 2mg bupe the buprenorphine knocks all the norbuprenorphine out of the receptors and it feels less like a full agonist. That's why I like the lower dosages :)
 
I actually prefer very small doses too. Sometimes for seemingly no reason I'll get a mild euphoria and maybe a hint of sedation or energy. It's a weird feeling and it rarely happens but, I'll take it. It's definitely fleeting though. I use bupe in between oxy in small doses to keep my tolerance down, my wallet padded and myself out of WD.

I'm so nervous about work after not working in several years because of school, lots of bud too just to try to stay calm (plus I woke up at 2pm today) so no nodding for this chicka tonight.

I do enjoy the cost-benefit aspect of bupe as well :) It's quite an interesting drug

Damn gurlll, that's still a lot of benzoosss, I'd say I would count that as nodding, or at least half-nodding. All my good nods involve benzos (at least recently, as I mentioned earlier). You'll be fine tomorrow at your new work! Get that paper!
 
Yea, I was in treatment court and they made me go to rehab (that worked real well ;) ) then the outpatient place made me see their doctor, who offered the subs. I wasn't about to turn down a script.

Yea, after I took a couple subs, I was like THIS is what they give you to stay clean? Awesome! This was back when subs were pretty rare, and just coming out.
