How does the combination of weed and alcohol react in the brain?

Title pretty much says all.. I know they both do something with your thought process but in other words how does the brain think when on both of these?

Although a common combination due to availability and popularity. There's nothing special about this combination, it is inferior to benzodiazepines/weed or ghb/weed.
It's simply a a weed high with a stronger body load and diminished inhibitions from the alcohol allowing more silly or unpredictable behaviour. At high doses can cause severe dizziness and nausea(not pleasant).
