I put this question under mental health i'm currently researching natural ways herbs,excercise,nootropics etc to help relieve depression and anxiety doing a google search for natural ways to increase endorphin's I come across several sites saying ginseng does but haven't found any studies
I figure it has to have some backing behind the claim korean ginseng is stated to be the best one at doing this
