How do i get dry, ripped, with low body fat?

Does anyone know any websites that have good cardio routines? Just to lose body fat, i dont need to lose alot of weight.

As far as can you get ripped w/o weight training, Yes you can, Ever been to prison with no weights? You can train your body to literally do 500-1000 push ups sit ups and 150-250 pull ups a day along with mountian climbers, 8 counts, squats and various other exercises at an extremely fast pace.. Then run around the yard every other day for a couple miles. Yes you can get shredded with out weights.
 
On that note, I've been doing body weight exercises for only 3 weeks. Now obviously this is a very short amount of time, but my body may have more definition than ever. I have been in good shape my entire life, but doing body weight exercises, eating a vegetarian diet, running 3+ miles a day, and cutting back on alcohol has had visible effects already.

Beginning gains are nice, but I think if I keep this up, I'll have a nicely defined body before summer.
