New here, couldn't find an answer online so I figured is ask here. I've taken many 30 60 and 70 mg adderall a and vivances over the past few months. I would get cold and stuff, but I've gone sober since it's so bad for u basically meth. My arms and legs will fall asleep for no reason (awkward position) and when ever I excercise my head and heart pounds. Did I also mention I have veins that have never been there before? I've lost a shit ton of muscle and 20+ pounds. My blood pressure was perfect before, I play 3 varsity sports. I was just wondering how I can get my high bp and bad circulation to go away before my next doctors appointment. Just a lot of exercise?!? What's the solution?

you want a product like C4 Cellucore BUT without the caffiene/synephrine

basically L-Arginine , or any product containing Nitric Oxide

these are vasodialators used to help body builders/atheletes get more muscle pump through circulatory system.

Easy to find at any pharmacy.

Also you could try viagra or cialis, and masterbate, that should help , no lie

But are there any bad side affects to them and will they help long term? After some research I've come under the impression that addy narrows your veins making it harder to pump blood everywhere. I will definitely look into them thanks for the reply I really sincerely appreciate it

Aye dunno if this sketches you out an you need help, but when your fingers and arms an legs get all tingly, that means your body is colder than the adderall needs your body to be( don't know that to be true, just from experience) so what I do is take a really hot shower than start walking around or doin push-ups or something. That shit always scared me

If you are actually off of them completely at this point than aerobic exercise is your best bet. Sitting still and not eating massively exacerbates this side effect when you are high.

I've been off them for a month but nothing's has gone away. I'm also gonna try and run a lot, but my heart just pounds when I run and it feels like I'm really out of shape when I do anything physical. I'll def try and go to some more practices. Wil my blood pressure get better tho?

I often did take hot showers but I'm not on them any more. It's funny how I've been sober for a month but still have bad circulation. I'm just worried what my parents will think when I get a checkup and my blood pressure is off the chart. Also I can't really stand too long for awhile i get tired easily

I'm on Vyvanse currently and have been since March, I have to switch to Dex because my insurance won't cover Vyv for some reason... but I understand your concerns and I experience what you described. I'm a bit worried myself.

here are my suggestions:

- dry brushing: a hard bristled, round brush. you move it quickly in short strokes over all of your body, in the direction of your heart (i.e, short strokes upward on your legs). do this 2-3X daily. it helps move your blood around. when my arms fall asleep, I can dry brush the feeling back into them.

- variety of exercises: jumping jacks, flexion movements of all your limb (these are very low impact for when you are tired), punching/kicking exercises, balistic stretching - these will help force blood into your extremities

- massage

- eat foods that are good for blood: beet juice, mangosteen, ginger root, gingko etc.

good luck!! the dry brushing is really good so I really recommend it.

did you ever get muscle cramping in your feet if they were really cold? this keeps happening to me. :/

I'm also very concerned if it will go away eventually and my health in the long run. Whenever my limbs fall asleep I just jump and run around, throw around some lacrosse balls.

I've heard that meth could possibly cause diabetes and one warning sign or diabetes is tingling/numbing feeling in fingers and hands an feet. Might wanna check that asap

i highly recommend you look into gotu kola. i also recommend that you not worry too much about the withdrawal symptoms. you've done some damage to your central nervous system, all your body needs is time to recover.

moving this thread.

basic drug discussion -> healthy living

Hi OP, what exercises are you currently doing right now?

I swear by exercise but mostly, I swear by yoga and meditation. If the cardio that you are doing is making you feel uncomfortable then see if you want to alternate it or slow it with the cardio. How is your diet besides all of this? how is your diet? I think that these foods will help with lowering your bp:

SKIM MILK, SPINACH, UNSALTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS, BEANS, BAKED WHITE POTATO, BANANAS and SOYBEANS.

Whatever you are experiencing at this moment OP, always remember that everything takes time, you will get better but you have to abstain from drugs and let your brain and body heal. Treat it right and it will go back to normal in time.

Also I would like to ask, have you heard of Acupuncture? If not, please take some time to read the thread I have already started:

How long have you been sober? You may still be in withdrawals. Stims increase blood pressure, it's something to be expected. Watch your diet, avoid excessive amounts of saturated and trans fats, and exercise. If you can't go to the gym, do some jogging on the street.

Your doctor will decide whether you need medication for hypertension or not.

I've been sober for a month. Been doing it for a few months though. I don't eat healthy at all but I work out hard like run a few miles, wrestle, play lacrosse and tennis hit the weight room etc.. The day I did my last vivance was also when I ran a mile, I can run a 5 minute flat, but my head and heart was pounding hard so I ran a bit more then decided to call it quits and study. I'll def work on eating healthier although before I eat whatever I want and my blood pressure is nearly perfect
