ABout a year and a half ago, I went on a night out and did about a g of Coke. I woke up the next day with a load of awful symptoms that to this day have either continued or have got less worse or gone.

- Bad pressure headache behind the nose
- Tremor - resting especially, constant shake (e.g. When holding mobile phone)
- twitching and muscle spasms in legs and around body
- feel of blood flowing sensation in legs
- shaking when waking up in a morning
- body pulsing - can feel my heartbeat all over my body
- Balance problems, feel like my head is moving back and forth

I'm still struggling with these now apart from the headaches. Ive been for an MRI and had all clear and seen a neurologist and been told it's anxiety - I don't believe this isit? I've read up issues online with dopamine and serotonin and neurotransmitter issues as a result.

Does anyone have any advice or suffered similar? Any help would be appreciated - this can't get any worse than it is.

Thanks for your time.

I would try some mind therapy. Yes, it could be anxiety--you would not believe what anxiety is capable of producing in the body. Try CBT, mindfulness etc. You can either read about it and self treat if you are disciplined or meet with a practitioner to get the fundamentals down, then put it into practice.

Why didn't you get help when you got all those awful symptoms? Why wait a year and a half?
