I believe it.
I have read quite a bit on nicotine as an anti-depressant, appetite suppressant, blood sugar affects, etc etc.
Since switching to the RYO tobacco, I am definitely lacking some chems which could be God knows what they add to the manufactured cigs or could be just a big drop in nicotine levels as I am still fumbling a bit and not smoking nearly as much as I did before but I'm overall happy and satisfied with the products.
I did notice some tweaks and aches and head rushes the first couple days but I was a bit paranoid about smoking something I'm not familiar with.
I just don't really know jack about the tobacco's themselves.
I found a bunch of website pages saying it isn't less harmful than manufactured due to the tar content but those articles assumed it was non filtered and mine are filtered.
I would love some straight talk, unbiased, on what I'm smoking now compared to what I have been smoking. I don't know if this would be more or less addictive, what's in them or what the nic content is.
(The kind I bought was suppose to be comparable to ultra-lights.)
The tubes as of yet are not "fire compliance" changed either. I am not sure if my old one's had been mandatorily switched or not but that sounds pretty scary from what I have heard from some people who have smoked the new regulations.
Also, I bought the tobacco from the bag instead of the bin.
The cig filter kinda crinkles and it seems like I'm working pretty hard to drag.
Unsure if the tobacco is slightly too moist or if I rolled it too tight.
I used their machine which was suppose to do them about 1.2-1.3 and I know I got some around 1.4.
When I loosen it and shake it out a bit it is easier to smoke but the wrap around the filter is still crinkling a bit so suspecting moisture.
