This question isn't about harm reduction so I don't know if it will stay open. I'll try it in DC and I'll add a poll too.

The question is: do you seek a alternative to IV or IM? Because if, i think the thread could possibly stay open...so, to answer your question: plugging.

It's bioavailability seems to be highest right after IV/IM, there is no real kick but a, depending on the dose taken (and the amount of liquid used), fast, possibly even strong onset soon after administering it (usually between 3-5 minutes). Snorting it isn't as efficient because the onset takes approx. 10-15 Mins., even though it isn't that much weaker regarding the overall effects in general.

No,it's just a normal thread asking about how people like getting their heroin nothing more.Ah maybe,what is the least dangerous to overdose on...It's bothering me alot.
 
The only time I ever used H was when I smoked tar, but that was very ineffective so if I ever did it again (unlikely) it would probably be plugged.


Seems to have the best time/highness/safety factor. Snorting is faster, but less effective.. shooting is more effective, but slower and MUCH more dangerous but with plugging it takes a minute tops to prepare and you don't have to worry about any kind of infections. Not the best for opiate dependant people though, hard to plug when you can't even poop lol
 
IV everytime. I've tried smoking a little more recently, and it just doesn't fucking work. If I had powder I'd prolly snort it mostly but with tar, the only effective ROA IMO is IV :\
 
I used to take my dope intranasally, but now we bang it (intravenous); with east coast powder, ya really can't go wrong. It's great for sniffing as well as banging, and sometimes I miss sniffing it.

Umm, it is enjoyable once you have actually administered the drug! Who gives a shit if it is going in your ass, that only takes a second to do and once that part is actually done you frequently get better/faster effects than other routes. Its not like your shoving something in there that is huge or hurts or that's you are even going to feel once it is placed there. Once its there you won't even feel it present. Grow up.
