So let's say I've got around 6 percs 5/325 and 5 dils 4mg, my fent habit (smoking only) wasn't too long or too bad and I've managed to taper down a bit, should i use these pills to help with the withdrawals and sleep? If so, what regime should I follow?
Or would it be better if I just ride out the withdrawals? Only problem is I work so it'll be tough. And how soon can I expect to be sleeping well again?

The anxiety and depression are also big issues for me since I've already had them slightly before this habit already.

Thanks for any help and advice!

If you mean dilaudid by dils, you are going to have a tough time tapering on those...IMO. Just take it slow, and don't take just to take (when you are low and trying to taper). Wait 'til you've started to experience uncomfortable, or in the case of your job, inhibiting, withdrawals. Always know that it is going to be tough in the beginning and get even tougher within the next 5 to 14 days, depending on what kind of opiate/opioid you are using (you say smoking fentanyl?, IDK buddy, those are usually transdermal or lingual/sublingual ROA's). Sounds nasty and dangerous... Anyway...

IF YOU ARE... Stop smoking patches!!! That is just taking stupid and pouring stupid all over it. Sorry, but you need a little kick in the rear and a lot of education.

Tips for tapering (IMO, of course):

Day 1 is very tough psychologically (long half-life)
(Or) is very tough physically (short/min half-life)

From then on, it only gets tougher or easier, depending on what you're DOC was and what ROA you used. This would allow one to determine an approximate half-life and Bioavailability, therefore allowing a starting point for a taper or a withdrawal (or a bit of both, ;) .

The whole multivitamin thing helps, but you're better off to get your vitamins from fresh, organic fruits veggies. Eat lots of root veggies. Sweet potato is an excellent one. Easy to make and lather with butter and salt if desired. Drink lots of water. And finally, drink lots of water.

Know you drugs, know your half-lives, and stay active and positive.

I've used pregabalin for the RLS and some diazepam for the BP and restlessness. Both helped, but both are also very addictive to some people, so be careful and see a physician

Kratom helps. But I also hear there are many good and even more bad places to get your legal kratom (mitragyna speciosa):

Mitragyna speciosa is a psychoactive tree in the sense that the leaves of the tree have been chewed to promote an uplifting mood and to treat a large number of health problems. M. Speciosa is indigenous to Thailand and, despite growing naturally in the country, has been outlawed for 70 years due to the properties of kratom curing opium addicts and reducing the Thai government's tax revenue from Opium distribution.

But the biggest thing is once you're not physically dependent anymore, what are you going to do with your time now? Boredom is a killer. Bad relationships are a killer. Good relationships are what make us human and can help to save any soul.

Peace Out,

P.S. If you can do so legally, constantly puff da ganga plant while you are getting off dopers...

Tapering on full agonists like oxy, heroin, or hydromorphone, is very very hard. It's a rare thing for a reason. Many people can't do it.

Have you considered bupe or methadone?

Either way, I don't see that amount of pills at those strengths being too much help anyway, even if you weren't doing too much fent.

But as with any taper, if you're going to do it, be vigilant and disciplined.

The fentanyl withdrawal is extremely intense and luckily also extremely short , (depens on roa though smoked should be the same or even shorter than IV/IM) , so in my opinion the short action of dilaudid/oxyis not too much of a shortcoming. It will probably be enough to "switch" the withdrawal to less intense and more prolonged WD (you can even get this done with a single dose of methadone)

However if you are like me and fear the depression and weakness after the physical fase get on suboxone as the honourable mister Scagnattie suggest , fent addiction is a very good canditdate for switching to a partial agonist like Buprenorphine due to it's very high clearance rate/ short-half life.

The depression and weakness are my biggest fears as well, and the anxiety.
The physical part sucks but that'll be over quicker than the mental I assume. Is getting on bupe a good idea though? Everything I've read says getting off that stuff takes way longer and is very very hard!

I've noticed the boredom is quite a bad thing too... getting high is this little activity I can through in multiple times a day to spice up my day lol its awful... but if I could get passed the lethargy and depression I could find things to do. Lack of motivation is also a very tough one. I'm getting depressed just thinking about this... I still haven't managed to stop doing this shit :( sometimes I just want to die thinking about what I've done to myself...

For me personally staying entirely clean is not an option , and methadone is no better than heroin (effect-wise) although it's free and legal. However if you are afraid of being "chemically restrained" indefinitely consider discussing a buprenorphine taper with a physician , this should take care of the depression long enough to get back into all kind of rewarding activities (hobby/work/education) , if you taper slow enough (do this on a week to week basis , ie don't let your doc fix a date/dose drop for you) you should get by without having one of those mornings were you wake up and know you won't have the courage to get out of bed.

well that's what I would do good luck no matter how you do it the essential is that you get there!

P.S I was getting quite depressed on heroin/fentanyl , after switching to bupe and some pretty intense withdrawals I felt intensely good , so don't be afraid after rain comes sunshine as they say.

I would recommend Kratom, Its no where near the effect of Fentanyl but it help alot to withdrawal opioids, it also have anti depressant and anxiolytic effect. Kratom is a natural delta and mu opioid receptor agonist. Its principal active compound is 7-hydroxymytragynine. Kratom can also cause addiction and similar side effect to synthetic opioids but it should be better.

Good luck with your withdrawal.
