Help want to quit injecting crack

Hi I am new here I am 33yrs old and was addicted to just about everything except meth. I was real bad with fentanyl, heroin, Coke, crack and pills now I am screwing up I am on methadone and oxycodone for pm and addiction. I was clean for almost a year got a job and was doing great but now I feel like I am in big trouble. I started to shoot crack not thinking I would get stuck again. Any advice tips or tricks would really help I know it's going to ruin my life but I don't know what to do. Plus I am seriously mangling my arms up. I need to stop please any advice or help will really be appreciated. I want to stop and need to but I don't know what to do I am scared about getting a bad habit again cause I know just how bad it gets I was a low emotional and physical rock bottom. I only have been shooting crack again for maybe 2 weeks. I can take extra done, oxy or Xanax to help deal with the cravings. Funny thing is I don't wanna bang my oxy or dope for that matter it's just the crack or Coke.

It's not goin to be easy and there's not any maintenance drugs like for opiates..you have to try and get your mind off of it..u have enough drugs to numb the cravings away..there's no easy answer to this but all I can say is it will be hard work but it's possible

im not that experienced with stimulant addiction I'm an opiate man so other ppl can give u better advice..good luck man

If you're going to bang, go with coke, injecting crack will only speed up the damage and risks.

If there is any glimmer of a chance for drug treatment, try it.
It may work...

If you need ppl to talk to the dark side has helped for me.

Thanks I have been to treatment more times than I can count last time I did it on my own mainly cause I had hit such a low bottom. I have been on opioids and Xanax for almost 15yrs which I don't abuse and really do need also no treatment will let me stay on it.
