Hi, I hope this is the right place to post. I'm trying to do right and let go of my my bad habits. H daily for a few years. Cold turkey is almost impossible because the sickness is unbelievable horrible. I've got 7 suboxen the 8/2's. How long from my last use should I wait to start the subs and what would be the best way to use them to quit my habit. I have one pill and 6 strips. I've been a heavy user and been reading and reading and not sure if I should start with a whole a day and taper down or start at 2 a day etc.. thank u all in advance.
