when i bend my upper half over lets say to look at something, i feel pain in my chest once i staighten up, its in the elft side, aorund where my heart is, im a 19 year old mle 155 pounds. i have had a warm sensation in my leg the toher day. i have been usaing coaine regularly for the past year, snorted and rarely smoked it. does anyone know what thi means?

Well it's most likely not a heart attack. Pain in the heart when you're this young is commonly just muscle pain in the chest walls (or so I've been told by my doctor). Regardless, heart issues aren't really something to mess around with. If it gets worse you should get it checked out. If you stop using cocaine for awhile what happens? I know that even when I've been up for awhile my heart can start to hurt, along with other organs... I would say don't panic yet but just monitor yourself more closely and get some sleep!

It could be nothing but chest wall pain as firefighter said, but it could also be a murmer (which is associated with bending over), or something even worse. You are young which is a pro, but you have also been abusing cocaine (a known cardiotoxin) which is a con. I would lay off all stimulants until you get a full cardio-vascular workup and ensure everything is okay. Even then, that you are concerned about the effect your drug use is having on your body might tell you something. The mere fact that you are worried means you should be checking it out and there is nothing anybody online can do to help you except encourage you to go get a check-up.

Since all we can do is encourage you to go to the doctor and I just have, I'm going to close this now. Feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns and if you do go see a doctor and want to update us on yoru situation I'd beglad to hear it and can reopen this thread so you can post it for everyone else to see as well.

Best of luck!
