I was just exploring the depths of my mind
and in the 11 years of attending parties I've
never picked up...I did come close once while I was at the Bentley Bar (dodg aroma in Syd) a few years ago..It was quite funny really..I was there with some mates and this girl starts yaking to me and half a second later she's get her tongue down my throat.Well I was rolling pretty hard at time so I backed off a bit..
But she was farking keen and asked me whether
I wanted to go back to her friends house for
sex...I just said no I want stay here with my mates (duh)..She got pissed off and left..Anyhow I told my mates what had happened and they all agreed I made the right call..Of course they were all rolling tooo....Ah the wonders of MDMA

Well sorta, met someone, got together for a week or two, went out together a couple of times... nothing too full on tho...
 
Hahahahaha this reminds me of the time when I was at the cage.
Was sorta in the same boat as BayCityRolla only I was the one rolling, oh yeah and I didn't ask the guy to come home with me.

It's kind of a comic thing for myself and some friends.
One particular member of the group if quite the social butterfly whilst peaking... he's a vet student and his line is "Hi, people are often impressed with what I do" *pause* for: "oh yeah? What's that" "I'm a vet" *smug grin*
Hmmmm maybe it's a personal joke. Anyway it works... but I don't think he really likes girls, so he never truly picks up.
I have no trouble picking up blokes, perhaps because I talk to them without trying to not pick up, as I do with the ladies whilst pilling. Problem is I'm not into guys in that way

so you see, GOOD things can come out of meeting at raves/recoveries...

Went out last February (the last time I was single)with one of my best mates from Mt Buller! He is such a cutie, and we had so much fun together I think we had a mutual crush on each other all season. We had kissed a few times in the '99 season but I was still seeing my ex (Obviously on the rocks time for us!!!).
During the last week of the season, at Moguls when I was rolling way too hard for attempted "picking up". I said to him, "One day, when you are over her, (the girl he was f***ing at the time)you and me are gunna have sex"".
Well you should have seen the look on his face, it changed from a look of complete shock to a grin and back about 10 times before the reality of what I had just said sunk in! Unfortunately the season passed and we never did it!!!!!!!!
Anyway getting back to February, I had just arrived in Melbourne to get ready for the 2000 snow season! And my spunky little mate told me i had to come out with him to go to this awesome club 'Teriyaki'. Unfortunately though for him his girlfriend couldn't make it because she had to go to school the next day!!!!!( I know he just likes the uniforms)
Well if dancing for hours to the awesome beats pumping in the main room at Teriyaki isn't enough to get you going then I don't know what is............

This is something I (shamefully) have done quite a few times! I never go out looking to pick up, it always happens when I am having a ball and chatting to everyone.
Seriously though, I have made some very good friends out of people I have kissed while rolling. You get on really well but neither wants anything further in the romance dept. so you end up being good buddies with similar music interests. I love kissing on e though it is so cool lovely

Yes. It's quite common I would think? MDMA is like that. But speed is even worse! ("Come over here and FUCK me now!" type stuff).
I find it's best not to try too hard. A simple smile is the key to almost every door.
