I'm on 50mg for adhd, I work 80hour workweeks and there's something i have to be done with by sunday afternoon, I'll be able to take a day off on monday, and a 8 hour day on tuesday. so, no need to take Vyvanse any of those days. I took 100mg on saturday morning (20 hours ago), now its 2am and I'm taking 150mg for sunday. how would you dose? I already took ambien and got an hour of sleep at 9pm and I have to get back to work. already dosed 50mg at 11:30pm + 100 at 5-6am is what i was thinking. i took .6mg kpin at 5pm but im sure its not going to do much if anything tomorrow. I'm in my mid 20s, regularly lift and run, BP is usually normal, and resting heart rate 48, no underlying conditions or anything like that
