For a blood test how long is it flowing through my veins and hair testing, how far can they trace your life of drugs and know exactly when you did those drugs? How do they do the hair tests.

I don't know about blood, but for hair, as long as that hair has existed, they can trace every drug you have used since. For example,lets say you shave your head, and then smoke once, then let your hair grow. They can trace the pot in the hair (which would be at the very end of the hair). That is why people shave their heads or give super lowcuts.
