Around here greening out means the plateau high state you get on days like 4/20 when you're consuming absurd quantities of weed. Generally I don't remember much of these, but I know that not a lot of movement is involved, you get ultra sluggish and basically just couchlock and stare at something.
I've almost blacked out while high twice from being lightheaded / low blood pressure or something (like a bad head rush that lasts for too long). That's twice out of thousands of times I've smoked though and neither time was an unusually large amount of weed smoked so its probably not weed at all but dehydration or something. I have friends with similar experiences and a few of them refer to this as greening out as well.
