So I'm thinking about going to NC School of the Arts to be a sound engineer, and, assuming I get in and graduate, would it be difficult for me to go to a 4 year college, say a UNC, after graduating from NCSA?
I'd really like to go to NCSA, but I also don't know if I want to just learn about sound engineering at school.

FWIW: My weighted GPA is 4.5ish, unweighted is about 3.5, and SAT is 2000 (Reading - 670 Math- 680)
So in other words, getting into UNC Asheville for example, probably wouldn't be too hard for me.

Is the Arts college a federal or state college? We have an arts college down here and it is not an accredited school, so people who transfer need to start over.

Basically, if the college isn't federally accredited and you want to transfer from a state/trade/vocational school they will not accept your credits.

You can ask either school if they are accredited. I recommend asking the school you attended because most undergrad advisers are kinda clueless about this (at least mine was).

I have no interest in transferring; I'm just wondering if I go to NCSA instead of a "traditional" 4 year university, if it will be near-impossible to get in once I have graduated from the School of the Arts.

aaaah, sorry then, I misunderstood.

No, you won't have any problem.
