Have you ever read any of my posts?

It was a joke. Yet again, you're overreacting. Please just forget it, and don't turn this thread into yet another silly drama.

How am I meant to know it's a joke? You never put lol or joke or any indicator of it being a joke. I'm not a mind reader.
I'm sorry I bothered now lets just not to one another.

Hiya people!

Has any of you ever read Sylvia Brown? I never believed any of it but was interesting read.
All about life on the other side, having a spiritual guide called Francine and what the other side was like,
How we apparently decide what is going to happen in our lives before we're born called a "blue print."

Apparently we come here many times, living many lives to "grow" and once we have learnt then we go to the seventh stage of energy and never have to come back again.
Apparently being born is more painful than dying,
Apparently on the other side there's white marble hourses, but people can choose how they live by "protective thought" ie they think what they want n it appears.

What lead me to read this was I watched an interview on This Morning on Wednesday 21 January, 2004, by Michael Drosmin going on about some Bible Code saying that the word was going to end in 2006! At the time I didn't realise that they had these theories for years and years and years - and became completely and utterly obsessed and frightened. I imagined fires burning us alive, how it would feel, never seeing my nephew group up n so on. So I went through some spirituality phase, going on spiritual website n ended up reading Sylvia Browne. I was completely fascinated by this stuff, was amazing...

And started analysing our pure existence, the fact that we are here, the fact that we feel, the fact that we think, the fact that EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US are playing out our very own story simultaneously, intertwined in each others' world like a spider web... That we can have a PERCEPTION into anothers' world but never truly EXIST in it, never truly exist in anyone's other than our own....

I used to lie there for hours as a child wondering what death felt like.... "How does it feel to cease to exist?" The idea frightened me beyond believe. But why does it frighten me so? What is so frightening about ceasing to be?

One film that fascinates me - and I have watched it 100x times are (are any of you still reading this bloody bollox lol) is the MATRIX.... I know it's not true, of course (well I think, I know it's not true....) but the CONCEPT.... The concept that what we think is real, may not be.... How do we know for sure? When I pick up that cup to drink the contents within it, when I put it to my lips - when I taste that drink, feel the coffee around my tongue, the warmth of it, the joy from drinking it.... Is it real? And how can I truly measure this? How does one measure "reality" in its true context????

There's a journey that I have travelled along SOOOO many times by bus or as a passenger in a car..... This week, for the VERY first time---I walked that journey, the whole 7 miles of it. I saw up close the things I had travelled past for so many years, Everything was similar. HOWEVER perceptions can be altered by the way in which a person choose to perceive their thoughts or their daily surroundings. If I am so engrossed in something then I will walk along a path, and see a path. Whereas if I'm feeling poetic n full of the beauties of nature, for instance--- I will not just see a path, I will feel everything that I pass on the journey, the feeling of the sun on my skin, the wind that cools and soothes me, the feeling of the season, for instance, the spring feeling of joy, of aliveness, of afreshness, the cosiness of winter, that beautiful frosty morning that says "that sunny summer was long, fun n has now gone" but the curtain has now closed, the winter is apon, all will rest and all will reflect....

OK..... haven't thought all these thoughts for a long time... and sorry for the rambling of complete **************
Once I'm off subs I'll probably go back to deep mode and bore everyone senseless lol.

Please stop thinking.

Just incase you didn't know Evey, Grant Morrison came up with the original Matrix idea. Those Waisheister Bros nicked it from him.

True story. And I agree, tis a cool idea.
