First off my opinion in order to get the most out of your drug of choice is to act like you're sober. Find recreational activities that are enjoyable to you while being under the influence. Don't be a square and sit on the computer all day blazing cause that's just a waste of weed. Do things you would do sober and compare it to other trips where you'd be doing nothing. This is the best way to get the most out of your drug because you are experimenting. It will be an adventure if you follow these steps. If you think about it, when we light up a joint we think "Oh, since I'm getting high I should do something high people do." Instead you should do the complete opposite. Just some drug advice.

you've inspired me. i try to do this but today i find myself on the couch after smoking a blunt. i need to get out there.

if youre doc is weed chances are youre gonna end up on the couch.

however i use the same concept with opiates. works wonderfully

Good afternoon. :] Intelligent cannabis discussion please.

:/

I'll leave this open to see if any semblance of a question can be discerned from your OP that isn't strictly blog material.

Here's a hint guys/gals, if you end the post with a question, it means it welcomes it self to answers.

Get it?

For quite some time my DOC was booze and looking back it was very scary how I could drink a lot of booze and be very drunk yet I could act completely sober.

this is a very interesting technique if I may say that :)

it's always a day or more after that, when you realize how high you actually were, when doing this or that :)

i find that the oral administration of cannabis lends itself nicely to going out and doing things. once it takes effect there is a long plateau which allows one to become comfortable with the state.

Very good posting. I suppose this would be the ideal way to use drugs, but most drug addicts have a hard time having hobbies other than maintaining their drug habits. Though your concept may seem simple, there is a lot of insight in this.

I don't understand the point of that article ^ (sorry for derail).
It makes perfect sense to me that a person who's accustomed to a drug will be less impacted upon when made to undergo another task whilst under the influence than someone who is not accustomed.

It's like testing champion weightlifters and comparing their ability to do another task while lifting weights, and comparing their speed and accuracy to a 40kg subject.
I'm not disputing the evidence, hell, it's logical to me, but i'm at a loss for what it's really meant to prove?
edit; didn't read comments to article before i posted, so please don't dismiss me as an anti smoking watch-analogy-wielding ignorant :)

welll the way i see it theres sorta a limit to how baked you can get, smoking past a certain point just increases tolerance, as well as duration

with something like alcohol, you keep getting more drunk, until vomiting, coma death and such,

so if the penaltys for drinking and driving are the same as driving high this is unjust
