getting off methadone? help?

Your doctor is a fucking idiot. I am sorry, but he does not know what he is doing clearly.

I would suggest going at least 5 days off methadone at 30mg per day and switch to suboxone and come off that way FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR. It's easier and I've done it that way. At 40mg I would tack on another day without opiates.
 
hi im 21 f i was on gear since i was 16 got on the meth when i was nearly 18 got off it 9 months later totally clean of nearly everything (clean of heroin & other opium related drugs) and i was well and truly fucked cudnt sleep 4 months then my bf went back 2 jail and i got bored and fed up so got back on it so my advice 2 you is DONT RUSH RECOVERY! xXx
