Okay I want to get back into shape mentally and physically right now i am pretty fucked in both areas. Constant drug use and lack of excersize , no motivation, lazy, lethargic, underweight, addict. Im over it . I want girls to think of me as a catch and not just some bad boy they just want to see what he is all about then once they find out they bail out.

I usually wake up around 12
do nothing for 2 hours
eat
do more of nothing/call around watch tv computer etc
seek drugs
drink
eat
do drugs
sleep
tv all throughout the day

ill hang out with friends but all we do is drink and do drugs. Nothing productive , i have no job, not going to school, no car, dui. Its bad mates.

I need motivation and a structured life. I want to gain weight but i cant if i keep using drugs. It seems i have no appetite if i dont use drugs either. So that makes me use drugs . thats my main problem i feel upset about being skinny i have always been small. Im 22 years old, ive had sex with like 4 people. Im a good looking guy, girls think im hot etc. I just dont have any game.

I guess what im asking for is some healthy lifestyles. what to do during the day, what kind of mindset, and things to think about to stay motivated. I just get so bored and depressed i dont want to do anything.

i want to seem like i have it together. aka confidence.

first step: go for a walk.
discover your neighbourhood. don't think about shit. just walk. really take in your surroundings. you'll likely find shit you never knew was right in front of you.
by walking as a habit, you'll increase your circulation and metabolic rates enough to at least feel hungry. eat some fruits and veggies as snacks. drink water.
rinse
repeat
your energy and interest levels will rise in no time.

drugs can be fun, but too much can be such a huge waste OF TIME, a resource which is scarce to begin with!

If you have a typical "stoner" diet ie fast food and microwave shit, try finding healthy foods that actually taste good and cook them yourself. I find that I'm much more interested in my food when I grow/prepare it myself.
Excersize dosen't have to be lifting weights and hitting the gym everyday(although you may certainly do this if you like). Go for a bike ride or try something low impact like yoga.
You definately need to lose the booze too. Alcohol is a serious poison.
I don't know which drugs you use or how much, but you may have to cut down as well. Of course some are less harmful than others.

You'll see, if you change a few things about your lifestyle your mood and energy levels will change for the better. :)

edit - good suggestions by impacto :D

Well what are you asking exactly? What to do during the day?? haha how old are you man?

Waking up before noon would be a good start. Go volunteer at nearby church, organize a carwash for a good cause, volunteer at the fire department, rescue homeless kittens...I could go on and on.

^While those activities are fine and all, they don't exactly support his health.

btw he said he's 22

haha as you can tell by my username all of those activities are not something i would enjoy or even think about doing. I guess i just need to quit the drugs pretty much. Its 11:53 and i am up!!! before noon!

i know exactly where you're coming from. you're clearly in the grips of some heavy depression, and the only way to permanently crawl out from under that is to become happy. yeah, no easy ways out of this mutha.

keeping busy as shit rocked me outta the funk. a wise man once told me that confidence comes from your personal successes, and that's an important thing to know because confidence is always a sign of a person who is satisfied with their life.

so what are these personal successes? anything you accomplish, really. say you want to get a job so you can make enough money to sign up at the gym and eat proper to get into top physique, doing well at your job is a success, so take pride in whatever it is you do or find a job that you can take pride in.

have a hobby too, or at the very least fill your hours after work (yeah, you gotta get a job first off) dabbling in different hobbies and actually taking a peek at the community bulletin board in the unlikely event that there's actually something interesting happening that you could get involved in.

i'm assuming you're not going to enjoy working, so that leaves hobbies with the only remaining way of garnering personal successes doing something that you actually enjoy and have the motivation to continue doing once you have the confidence to know that you're fairly good at doing whatever it is that you love to do.

and that's pretty much it. now that your every day is loaded with 8 hours of work, followed with an hour of gym (that usually consumes 2 hours by the time you get to the gym, get back from it, factor in showering) and have six hours of your day left in which to engage in your hobby, stop by the friends' place for a brewsky and get in a proper 8 hours sleep then you're ready to do it all over again.

after you get a routine down solid and start feeling happy, you can start thinking about your future and setting the early motions in place working toward that future that will keep you confident and satisfied from here to there

Oh thank you for clearing that up Delt. Where were your suggestions btw? I guess I missed them.

Force yourself to get up early thereby going to bed early. Does anything good happen after 10 or 11 pm?? Talk to somebody about why you're using. If you're 22, I think you already know these things and it seems like a waste of thread space.

Some good points mentioned here. Exercise and a good diet can make a huge difference. Start out walking a little, even if it's just half an hour a day, but stay consistant and do it every day, then start jogging/running when possible. Or hit the gym for some resistance training as thujone mentioned. Exercise releases a ton of endorphins and if you keep at it regularly it won't be long before you crave it =D

Yep it's my poison at the moment :(

Getting a job will certainly help, it will give you something to do each day, you will meet new people and it will add some structure to your life. Like others have said, confidence comes from personal achievement so this would be a good step.

Very true. Im finally employed again after almost a year and it feels great to wake up everyday and do something important. This also leaves me with less time to do drugs and fuck around.

Do you want it to seem like you have it all together, or do you want to have it together?

Take baby steps. Tackle your issues once at a time. Only you really know what the biggest factors contributing to your current lifestyle right now are. If you asked my opinion, I would say start with kicking your Opiate addiction. You will find this will help you immensely. A lot of how you describe yourself is typical of other opiate addicts I've known.
Even if you don't start with that, the important thing is taking it one step at a time. I can tell you with the utmost confidence however, that kicking that habit will make the whole process easier.

From there, move on the the next thing you think is holding you back.

what to do during the day, what kind of mindset, and things to think about to stay motivated. I just get so bored and depressed i dont want to do anything.
Do and think things that are productive, or positive. Don't over think them, this is something your intuition will take care of. You will know if you're lying to yourself. Set goals for yourself, long term and short term. Say, "I want to do ___ today" and do it. "I want ___ done within the next __ weeks." Set up a system of self-rewarding. Don't go on the computer till you ride your bike for 5 miles. That type of thing.

I want to gain weight but i cant if i keep using drugs. It seems i have no appetite if i dont use drugs either.
These statements are contradicting....
