Getting Back in the Saddle - Test + HCG or ?

I have run several cycles of test/deca in the past, with great success. I had a neck injury which resulted in surgery this past December, and have only recently been able to lift again. I haven't used any gear for about a year. I should also say that I am pretty much through with Deca due to the side effects. Trouble is, today despite a (reasonably) good diet, lifting 4 days a week, and doing structured cardio 5 days a week, some of this belly is refusing to come off. I can attribute it somewhat to my age (47), but have just recently begun to consider using something in addition (or perhaps in place of) test, namely HCG. Just wondering if anyone has had good experience with this, or maybe with HGH, to take care of the fat deposits that even heavy exercise will not get rid of. Thanks.

HCG is going to do shit for your excess body fat. Run some Test or talk to your doctor and get on TRT.

Also unless you can afford and obtain pharmaceutical grade HGH, don't bother purchasing or using any unless you enjoy overpriced and diluted GHRP or IGF.

Since I have been accustomed to getting test from an outside source in the past, I really can't justify spending $50/shot for TRT. Since I already know how to dose and administer, it seems like a big waste of money to pay a doctor's office to do it. I do have a scrip for Androgel, but in my experience it's lightweight and for the most part ineffective. It would also cost me $300/month, which is a pretty outrageous when compared to the cost of injectable test, which the doc will not prescribe. And, again, the efficacy of Androgel is nihil when compared to injectable test.

For what it's worth, gels are a great way to get a little extra DHT without too much concern of E2. At least, less concern, compared to upping the injectable dose. (Assuming insurance covers you well.)
