Keep your fingers crossed that the amount big actual heroin in there was miniscule enough so you don't have to worry about dropping dirty or having it on your receptors when you dose the naltrexone. My opinion is that you'll be good, but don't take my words as gospel.

Unless you can delay your intake by a day then there's not much you can do except hope and look up diluting your urine and that's probably the most I can say ragarding the UA.

Agreed. When I could, when I bought dope, I'd weight it out on a mg scale when I got it to know exactly how much I had (always came loose).

so yesterday i scarped my drawer that had like old gunk from my cooker that would cake up and i would just scrape it off into the drawer and snorted it. i think it was mostly cut but there had to be some dope in there too. now tomorrow i go into treatment and today i was rx'd naltrexone. should i be afraid or not take it yet? it was not that much but a pretty big line i did. i knew i fucked up right after i did it too but i was just getting way… well idk shit was fucking with my head and i did it. advice please? and now I'm afraid i will fail my drop at intake tomorrow.

I think everyone will fail the ua at rehab I mean why the fuck else would you be there? I would hold off on the naltrexone there is no point in risking precipitated withdrawal

Yeah you just never know. That's why you always have to do test doses, even with stamps/batches you've gotten before, because more often then not, even your dealer has no clue it's any different or any stronger.

Speaking of Xylezine, did any of you see the Puerto Rico Drugs Inc? That's the common cut on the island and the people actually become addicted to that in addition to the dope itself. The guy they were following around was even buying packets of just xylezine to go with his dope. He had a piece of a car mirror in his arm from when someone hit him when he was all fucked up on the shit.

Xylazine is a veterinary tranquilizer, used for larger animals like horses, to sedate them for medical procedures. Its produced in liquid form which is too concentrated for human use so it is 'cooked' with a microwave to turn the liquid into a powder like form that can be used to cut heroin.

It's not hard to tell why it would be a popular cut due to the sedating effects it produces making the user think that particular batch of heroin is something special. That's the long and short of it.

No problem bud and no I'm not out yet. Turns out the bacteria causing problems for my valve was never fully treated (courtesy of Shattuck hospital 8) Gotta thank the doctors there for being more concerned with my urine sample then my heart valve) when I was the hospital last fall so I'm about a week into another 2 week course of IV antibiotics. Thanks for asking man.
