holy shit this thread is awesome rofl, also lets not forget the nicknames with "x" in them lol. i knew a guy named lil x who chopped e's, terrible fucking pills.
 
My 2 main dudes all go by normal names now except they do not at all sound like typical Spanish names that Dominican guys would have so I would imagine they're aliases. And they call me Papa a lot when I text them which I always thought was kinda weird.
 
everyone knows someone who just goes by "Papi". Used to meet up with a guy who only went by "Prada", then again maybe that was his actual name idk.

strangely enough, the guy I went to the longest was just named Mike. Actually most of my dealers had pretty uninspiring names lol

I know someone who had their friend bring them dope while they were in the hospital with a broken foot. I guess the dilaudid wasnt enough or something. Or he just figured, why not?

Yeah he's dead now, but not from that

while were on this subject, fuck being in a hospital and NOT being on drugs. Worst place in the world

You sound pretty confident you'll make it to rehab #10. I hope you do, but even a cat only has 9 lives. I'd try not to press my luck and get there pronto, but then again, I'm an addict too so truth is I'd probably go until I couldn't go any longer.

Well I did a ten bag goodbye shot this morning. I'm calling the methadone clinic tomorrow and finding out what I have to do to get in. Does it take forever to get a doctors appointment wit them and how quickly do you get your first dose?

Depends on the clinic. Some can take you right away, like in Cali you can just walk in and get signed up.. but a lot of other places without a lot of clinics and high demand, you have to wait a few weeks sometimes to get an appointment. Then, usually the next time you go back after your first appointment (which is the intake), you will see a doctor, etc, and then get your first dose which is normally 20-30mg's.

Different clinics raise your dose at different levels. Some, like my clinic, brings you up 10mg a day until you stabilize.. others bring you up 5, some 5 every other day, etc. It depends.

But whatever it takes, man.. do it. It's well worth it and you'll feel 100x better when you're finally on a good dose and stable.

totally random here but I couldnt help but laugh at this. The last time I got dope I had to go to two different spots because the one guy only had 3 bags left (forget who was talking about that earlier in this thread, people only have a couple bags on them around here all the time and its annoying when it happens but supply and demand and shit) and the stamps were Infiniti and Transformer respectively.

I just thought it was funny because I own a Nissan (aka Infiniti) and was wearing a sweatshirt with the Decepticons logo on it

left my generic ipod headphones on someone's front step down there though, by the time I realized it I was already far away and short of the actual dope or my cell phone there isnt much Id go back for.

wound up having to sit at a bus stop from 3am - 5am high off my ass listening to the song Who do you love by YG over speakerphone and the only other person there didnt give a shit because they had their headphones in lol

then some guy in a suit (forget his name but thats the best description I got haha) got dropped off and I talked to him for a bit after he asked me for a lighter and somehow we started talking about weed and all I remember for sure is at one point him just saying

"DAMN STRAIGHT"

and I just kept laughing at the guys appearance and were sitting there talking about smoking weed. I think he was like a social worker or something, idk. Either way, every time ive taken the bus you get a good 3-4 lulz per minute IME.

and while it is memorable, I wish I didnt have to do any of this bullshit

I am slippin'. I used 7 days in a row and now have to kick. I only used a bag or two every day but that was enough. I am going to be working out of town while cluckin' so please send some junky love my way...... and for the umpteenth time here I go again.

Man this is dark but the more and more I withdraw the more and more my kicks start to resemble the scene where Renton kicks in Trainspotting. I am haunted by memories of all the ghosts of heroin pasts. It is as if every heartache, wrong or transgression I ever committed or witnessed has now become a great steel ball that I must drag by my ankle everywhere I go.

No more trippin'.... I have been here enough to know what this is all about. I just have to man up and take it like a veteran. I know how dirty this war is yet I willingly sign up for combat every time. MADNESS!
