It looks like an alien with dental floss hanging from his mouth. I feel embarrassed for him. Poor guy.

*Your clue seems to be pointing to this being a Ridley Scott movie, but damn if I know what it is. I've never seen an Alien poster with old flossy up there on the front of it.
