Check out the Suomisaundi ("The Finnish Sound" in English) style, it's a style quite unique to Finland. It's all about funkiness. I'm not a big fan on the style despite being from Finland but some artists I know are Texas Faggott (yes, with two t's), Haltya, EvsY (Eraser vs Yöjalka), Luomuhappo, Squaremeat, Salakavala and Pelinpala. Note that not all psytrance from Finland is Suomisaundi, it's just a style that originates from here and most artists are Finnish.

The whole of Sensient's latest album, 'The Space Between', is well funky. Big ups to Zenon! Also, Kained and Able - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaTvteB6hqY - yum. Pretty much anything from the psygressive genre, really. Grouch is also preeeetty damn funky. For more of a darker psygressive sound, Hypogeo is le coolios.

Also, surprised this one hasn't been mentioned yet, but Electrypnose's 'Funked Up' album is proper funky and wicked.

Shpongle is in its own dimension isn't it? Am I saying that right? The quintessence of funky psy if you ask me and it appears they still are even if I no longer really listen to them. I want to recommend something else but perhaps just a quick one for fun then I'm done son.

Matsuri Digital has some pretty funky stuff. Tip Records isn't very funky to me today as they were once in like the 90s lol.
