Friend freaked out for 5 days on two pills, what the fuck?

On new year's we all at 2 Y2K's. They seemed like decent pills. Just one was kinda weak, but the peak overlap on both was nice. But this kid who did it with us all the time called me yesterday, one week later ,saying that he has Just come down. I noticed a pretty hard comedown on them but nothing like that, and nobody else except like one person noticed effects days later. Has this happened to anyone? He said he was'nt exactly rolling, but really paraniod with shit running through his head all time. He did act really strange for a few days, so I knew it wasn't a normal E comedown. What the fuck happened?
