Free magnet energy Real Fake?

Hi I have become very interested after seeing this first video on YouTube. I?m going to put some links up on here. My girlfriend and I want to try this first video out. I have been wondering about if this is real? Apparently there is a guy from the 80?s named Howard Johnson who put patents in for a magnetic generator as well as other magnetic design?s. I don?t know if he was ever granted the patents? Here are some videos and info. The first video is the one we want to try.

fake unfortunately.
I bet with the magic bulb he has just shorting the two wires on the bulb without the magnet contraption will make the bulb light up.

perpetual energy can't exist under our current understanding of physics. anybody trying to tell you otherwise is trying to scam you

if perpetual energy is possible, it will come out of a bunch of basic research eventually coming across it by building on past research and discoveries. there will be countless research papers hinting at it before it ever becomes practical

So what was the main purpose of this experiment test something new On some guinea pigs
 
Imagine a ferris wheel with appropriately angled super magnets on each tip, so that it would spin infinitely generating power as each magnet chases the next.

All fantasies aside, there is infinite energy based on superconductors which have zero electrical resistance and once placed on a 'track' of magnets above the track forever due to the absence of friction. Newtons second law right? Check this out:

if you pull energy from the system to do something with it, it reduces the energy in that system, rotating with no friction to stop it doesnt mean it has infinite energy, it just means that friction isn't constantly slowing it down and it keeps going, because inertia

for something to actually have infinite energy, or the practical equivalent, it would have to increase in energy as energy is pulled away from it and used (with the wheel example, it would have to spin faster the more energy is pulled from it), or pull energy from somewhere outside of our universe

Lol it is weird if it’s not possible that there are so many videos on the subject, and people claiming it to be real. Magnets and copper coils still transmit sound signals for example the pickup. It doesn’t seem all unrealistic for power to be produced in some kind of way. I don’t know ��‍♂️

Exactly. Constant energy is not infinite energy. Additionally not all energy is workable energy, as in energy you can use to do work.
 
My coworker today said that it is possible to have perpetual free magnet energy. He had a shop teacher in votech who made one. he also said he had made a static electric energizer that could power a fluorescent bulb in range with out being hooked to any fixture. My coworker is a ex journey man electrician and super knowledgeable about just about everything. I definitely believe him.

You can believe whatever you like. Personally I don't believe anything once it comes from a friend of a friend. I've seen single people totally fuck up information provided to them when they've relayed it to another person. Let alone 2 and getting into Chinese whispers.

For what it's worth, powering florescent bulb wirelessly is quite doable. An ordinary Tesla coil will do that.

Free energy however is not. There have been countless claims of its existence. Some of them can even look quite convincing to someone who doesn't know much physics. But there is always a catch. Always something else going on. It's never free.

EDIT: I just wanna add. The rules of physics that govern the impossibility of free energy are very well tested. As I said you have the right to believe anything you like, but there's a reason people who know more about physics express so much more skepticism about free energy than those who know much less.

People promoting free energy will often tell you it's being suppressed because of the money in fossil fuels. Without getting into that, I wanna point out that those same people are also often trying to sell you free energy kits. So remember to apply skepticism of claims of anyone trying to get your money.

Right agreed! However wind turbines and hydro turbines are free energy sources as well. Even a generator hand turned emits a electric charge. I could only imagine how possible it could be with some transistors and inductors thrown in to the mix!? With a possible jump start flywheel crank of some sort. Don’t know but seems possible to me

None of those are truly free energy. The underlying energy source for all of them is the sun. Itself a natural hydrogen fusion reactor. It's heat powers all the natural processes that those sources of power, including us, are ultimately drawing from.

And consider, we only get a fraction of the energy the sun gives off. It's energy potential is enormous, but it is finite. Ultimately there is still more working energy leaving the system than entering it. So not free energy.

Free energy machines like you describe never work. They are always leaking energy. Even if they are very effecient, any perpetual motion machine leaks energy. Sooner or later the energy runs out.
 
Right, we could achieve essentially limitless free energy with theoretical structures like Dyson Spheres built around the sun to capture intense amounts of solar radiation. But it's still coming from somewhere.

In the case of your friend's friend saying their teacher built a perpetual energy machine... if that is the case then why hasn't that been utilized? Perpetual motion is possible if you eliminate friction but if you pulled energy from the system, it would slow it down and stop it after all the energy was removed. It doesn't generate energy, it just doesn't decay the energy in its system.

This subject interest me so much! For the last month I have removed my pickups and all the switches wires and my guitar had a little pcb board that I removed too. I was having problems with it anyways.. so I’m attempting to build my own pickup with another output jack. Once I have it working the way I want it, I’ll put the other pickups back in and pcb board. Might take me a while but I’m just enjoying learning about technology and making different sounds!
