Was on 100 mgs two weeks ago. Been going psychotic for days. Went back on 100 mgs today. How long till withdrawal is over?

What was your higher dose?

How long were you on the higher dose?

When you say you're going psychotic, what symptoms are you actually experiencing?

It can take 12-22 hours for half of the amount of medication in your system to leave. That means that, given five-seven half-lives, it can take between 60-154 hours to leave, or about 2.5-6.4 days for the drug to completely exit your system. This doesn't mean the withdrawal will last that long--it will probably go on for at least a couple days after the medication is completely out of your system.

I'm having bad urges to hurt people. May have to go to the mental hospital. Should I go?,I'm afraid I might attack someone in there

Yes go now as in as soon as you read this. If your having thoughts like that it's a medical emergency and needs to be treated as such. Try and not hurt anyone that won't do anyone least of all you any good at all. But the main thing is go to your nearest psych ward or ER (whichever is closer) right now.

I am starting at 200mgs/day and been on it for let's say 4 weeks (had an overdose episode with all my meds. still working on that...), . it has increased my anxiety and caused new anxieties (like when driving). is increased anxiety normal for the ramp up on fluvo?

All SSRI's can increase anxiety especially when you first start taking them. If it doesn't go away or if it get's worse go back to your doctor.. But at the start of treatment with a SSRI abit of extra anxiety is to be expected.
