Have you tested it with anything other than a flashlight????

300 mg is a lot. Expect some eye wiggles and discomfort. Are you going out or staying home?

you are gonna get insanely high, possibly too high and very uncomfortable for a while but that should pass.

guys i took it 1:00 now its 9:00 i just started to come down 1 word HOLYSHIT

-edit i had a pretty heavy meal before i took it so it took like 2-3 hours to start kicking in and setup was home in my own room with wireless music heasets so i could dance :)

glad you enjoyed it.

Next time try 150-200, if you didn't experience too many negative effects. also, test it. for real.

PLEASE, LET ME WARN YOU! Use it again ONLY after a coulple of months!

Or if you CARE about your brain cells, don't use it anymore.

This drug is way worse than cocaine itself, it can wreck a havoc in your neurons (axonal damage).

Please, please... do some research... never use it every weekend, or you may end up like a lot of people in this forum suffering form long term comedowns, they usually last longer than a year. BE VERY CAREFUL. You used 300mg upfront, first time doing it.. I can't even imagine how you gonna do this the next time or when.. can't even imagine. Probably you gonna be just as wreckless as this first time and you gonna do it again soon I presume.

Just... be... careful! This is not a party drug, it's a very dangerous substance that should be used very cautiously, or if not, never used.

Don't exaggerate, sure it's neurotoxic but even few reckless rolls wont turn his brain into mush if he doesn't roll often, which is the biggest problem for surprising amount of people here. And don't go presuming he'll do it often. Just because he jumped at the deep end the first time doesn't instantly means he'll abuse it. First time I did MDMA the corridor walls were tilting and somehow I'm still here with no brain issues.

Clouding the issue is that many people can roll tons or take too much a few times and be fine while some small percentage of others are not so lucky. In other words, your experience doesn't apply to another person 100% of the time.

I agree but lets not go to the other extreme saying that MDMA should never be used like thiago did. 300mg is a rather strong roll dose especially for a first time but it's hardly a dose that will leave you struggling with brain problems for a next year.

My point is that taking 300mg your first time could lead to year long problems in some small percentage of people - 300mg is not going to be safe 100% of the time. There are no guarantees here, so I would throw caution to the wind and speak in terms of probability rather than absolutes.

120mg your first time, while much safer than 300mg, is not 100% safe either. The rationale for using medications is risk vs. benefit ratio - when it comes to many MDMA/drug users that are using drugs in a hedonistic manner with large doses and repetitive redosing, the benefits are largely temporary, so I'm inclined to put emphasis upon the risks.

Whereas who cares about .5% risk of adverse effects if you're treating chronic PTSD.

MDMA is never 100% safe, frankly no drug is, and yes caution is advised, but posts like the one by thiago are not doing much good either. Demonising a drug like that will make many users dismiss it. Don't roll often, avoid heavy doses, just think before you do it.

While Thiago's post may seem a tad alarmist, and I wouldn't presume neurotoxicity is the reason behind people's adverse effects, I see reason in warning one about the risks of MDMA if they used 300mg on their first go. Thiago's viewpoint is certainly one extreme but I don't think it's pointless for people to express the full gamut of extremes so that people may make informed choices.

For example, one may infer how severe the adverse effects of E can be from such a post like Thiago's. Most people are unaware that you can even have chronic adverse effects. On the other hand, you can read about a magical night with friends on E. People deciding whether or not to use E or how to use it should be exposed to the full continuum of experiences, as written by posters who wrote without censoring themselves.

I don't think people who have had the adverse effects that persist for a year or more would claim that Thiago's warning is over the top. I don't think people like Thiago claim adverse effects are going to happen to E users at an incredibly often rate, it's iust that they give such strong warnings because it really sucks when it does happen.

It's way more damaging to the actual brain than cocaine too, that part is true. Sadly it's viewed as "safer" in society.
