Finding industrial hemp seed

Ok im well aware that asking for sources is not allowed on this site, so all im asking for is some tips on how i can get my hands on viable commercial hemp seeds that will germinate. Reason why is i want to try a few experiments.

So if anyone could shed some light on how i could go about obtaining industrial hemp seed to Australia, i send out big thanks.
