man the original had a killer soundtrack....

there is a nice remake of cry little sister on this one.
i pick up a copy in a few minutes.

take lost boys. throw away any sort of plot line the first one had.
switch the out the 80's mullets with some emo hair and studded belts
add a few more buckets of fake blood
and about 17 more sex scenes

viola! you have lost boys: the tribe


as a lost boys geek i enjoyed picking out references to the first film, the repeated lines and so on.

but if you aren't a super dork like me or want anything more than a b movie that relies on a 21 year old prequel for any sort of context -- then for the love of everything sutherland and unholy... do not see this. it will be a waste of time.

I read that they even resorted to using Keifer Sutherland's half brother in the movie. And this guy:

actually that corey was cut out of the movie. edgar (other cory) references him many times... but it is only in extras that he is seem for a mere minute or two.
and yes, they used angus sutherland. i am now referring to him as almost anus sutherland in the future (mature!).
