Film: Little Miss Sunshine

I just saw this yesterday and I was blown away. Amazing film. Steve Carrell really really impressed me with an amazing performance. He hit all of the right notes. Veru funny yet also pretty touching. Also, love love loved the design of the film. the colors were brillianty done. the score was brillianty done.

All around a great movie, best I have seen so far this year!

I had the pleasure of seeing this film last night. I wouldn't say it was overall hilarious, like some of the reviews I read, but there were a few times where I was so tickled that I couldn't stop giggling.

Great movie. I saw it with the wife this weekend, and could not have been any more pleased. It's not plotted perfectly, but it has heart, and more than enough laughs to overcome any shortcomings it has.

It's a really awesome film, with great casting and writing. There are some very funny parts, but it's also a touching movie that examines lower middle class life and contemporary family dynamics without being cheesy, clichéd or stupid about it.

The soundtrack is really good.

I'd recommend this to anyone. It's a wonderful film.

I loved this film. It's one of the few that's able to master the range of emotions so fluidly. Every single cast member did an excellent job acting, IMO.... hard to achieve with a large(r) cast. Also, though I'm not really a Proust fan... I liked the literary notice taken throughout the filmmaking. Can we do a poll for this one?

I laughed so hard tears came out! LOVED thsi movie. There were times where I thought my family was so similar to theirs, especially the arguing. Probably my favorite scene was when Olive put her arm around Duane.... that scene

I thought Toni Collette's acting was great-- she always plays the mom part very well.

That movie was a piece of twisted ass shit let me tell you.

it was more disturbing than funny. Granddad was the best part. He was awesome. if he was in it the whole time i woulda liked it better i bet. Cracked me the fuck up.

THe movie was cool til he died, then it was just mad depressing like if they took napoleon dynamite and tried to make it purposely depressing and fucked up.

Anyone seen that movie Welcome To The Dollhouse? It reminded me of that.

Iunno....i thought it was funny at times.....but i cant stand that kiddie porn pagent shit. i couldnt even watch it. fuuuuucked-up.
