Remember,when I saw it at the cinema.The funny thing being, a group of 'bad lookin' bikkies sitting behind me, who had snuck in a case of VB (Victoria Bitter Beer for those NOT in the know.) in with them,when NO one was working the enterance door.

Was the first DVD I ever purchased,after only having just got my first DVD player then.

Quite dark humour,violent,well acted,full of nice drama,action and interesting.Great that Eric Bana won the AFI award(Basically the Australian film Oscars.) for best actor that year . A shame,Chopper got robbed of being best picture .Probably too disturbing for the selectors .

One of my favourite movies.

Great to see Eric before he started putting on that amazingly stupid and fake American accent. Everytime I hear it it makes me think of sketches from Full Frontal, which kind of takes away from the reality of a movie such as Black Hawk Down.

He's a celebrity because he wasn't just your typical "blood-monger". I don't condone killing anyone, but most people liked to think of him as a vigilante`, because the people he did kill had it coming to them, because they were either drug dealers, women bashers, rapists/molesterors, etc... that doesn't mean what he did was right. Also, his sometimes, witty sense of humour tends to win alot of people over.

Also, I think uncle "Chop-chops" was a bit of a shit-talker too. I doubt he killed as many people as he claimed he did and even the police ignored some of his confessions.
