Film: Carlito's Way

the story is less cliche and predictable and the cinematography is amazing. it's mann's best work.

^agreed.

Heat is my favorite Michael Mann film, with THIEF w/ James Caan in 2nd place, and I pick COLLATERALL w/ Jamie Foxx & Tom Cruise in 3rd as I thought it was a well done movie as well. but HEAT FTW!!!

If you liked the film its worth reading the book(s)

And, did anyone else pick up on the Carlito's Way scene in South Park 'Fishsticks' epsisode?

Nah, I looked on youtube and there are a few 'fishsticks' clips but none with the scene I'm thinking of. Without doing too much of a spoiler look for the scene where Kanye West is interrogating the wheelchair bound comedian.

LOL, looks like I was too drunk and neglected to post the link to the Flintstones Carlito episode
